Good climate news:
How we can all help preserve a livable world for future generations:
Early in WWII the US was losing on all fronts. It looked really bad. But they did not give up. That is what we must do now - not give up, for our kids' sake. Every 1/10th of a degree increase we can help prevent is time well spent. Be in the fight!
What we all can and need to do, does not change much:
a. Donate to, campaign for and vote for candidates who acknowledge climate change and promise action. Systemic change is our best hope.
b. Electrify your own home and car, as you are able. Many tax credits go away January 1, 2026.
c. Eat less red meat, especially beef. It requires tremendous input of corn and water and outputs of methane.
d. Talk to friends and family about climate impacts and ask them to do also do items a & b, above.
