Update from Rotary's District Governor of China
We are privileged to host Rotary’s district governor of China, Andrew Hill. During these dynamic times, Rotary provides an great opportunity for international engagement so that we can better understand each other and and work together. Andrew will speak on Rotary in Shanghai including a highlight on Rotaract and Interact. He will also cover a few China-wide items which may be interesting to the club members.
Andrew was elected as the 2016 president of the Rotary Club of Shanghai, where he was involved in a number of service projects, including donating books and building shelves in The Library Project and funding heart surgeries for children from poor families for The Gift of Life Project. Now, he is the District Governor for Rotary China. He will be joined at our meeting by his mother - Karn Hill, wife - Cindy Sun, and son - Zachary Hill who will be attending Carleton College starting this Fall. We are quite excited about their visit
