Play For Patrick - Heart Screening for Young Athletes

Patrick Schoonover changed the State of Hockey when he suffered a fatal cardiac event while playing in a hockey tournament on November 14, 2014. To honor Patrick and to help spare other families this tragic experience, Mike and Gayle Schoonover created the Patrick Schoonover Heart Foundation to bring free heart screenings to youth in Minnesota.
