Todd's two cents

Todd Thompson,President

Rotarians,

I am super excited to be your new president. I have never been the president of anything before, so be nice.

It’s been a crazy year; it’s been fun getting back into the swing of things. We have an exciting year ahead with the Four Way Taste, Bike Tour and Turkey Trot coming up, so get your volunteer hats on.

I popped into the Rotary Climate Action Team this Monday and we talked about what we as a club can do physically to participate in the solution to this crisis. I will be highlighting the team’s ideas at our meetings. I think actions help our younger generation know we are concerned about this problem and energize us to do more. Stay tuned.

Classic “Fred-Rick” breakfast out at the Estensons for the RCAT meeting

The strategic planning is continuing with an action plan for the entire club the team leaders and the board will be meeting this month to create and begin to implement this plan.

Give a warm welcome to the new members inducted last month: Benjamin Hauser, Andrew Althoff, Eric Runestad, Lisa Thompson, and Sarah Nathan.

If you have suggestions/comments about any of these things or ? don’t hesitate to call 612-300-9796 or email me toddcameronthompson@gmail.com.

Saludos, Todd
