A View from the Bench

Karl Procaccini is an Associate Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court. He was appointed to the Court in 2023 by Governor Tim Walz. Before his appointment, Justice Procaccini’s legal career included private practice, government service, and law teaching. He earned his law and bachelor’s degrees from Harvard University and his master’s degree in international and comparative law from the American University in Cairo. Hosted by Gordon Moore
