John is the Owner and President of Rebuild Studio LLC formed in October 2010 aimed at rebuilding the craft and ingenuity of architecture with the planet in mind  He is also a retired math teacher and joined Rotary in 2024

As of the Redemption is dedicated to eliminating recidivism through education, mentorship, and employment.  They are active in many locations, including Faribault.  Odell is the Vice President and COO, responsible for the implementation of the organization's operational plan, management of the organization, and leads communication efforts with corrections facilities and other nonprofit

After graduating with Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Penn State University, Odell was employed as a rehabilitation consultant with Sevdy and Locket Rehabilitation Service from 1991 to 1993 and went on to become a Vocational and Educational Counselor at the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation from 1993 to 1997. Odell recently worked as a Supervisory Federal Probation and Pretrial Service Officer until his recent retirement after 27 years of service.

Jesse is husband to Kathryn, father to Robert and Henry, the oldest of five children, an ultimate frisbee fan, a creative story teller, a homeschool graduate, a Rotarian, a website developer, and Realtor. Jesse's classification will include tales of his upbringing in Michigan, adventures in Europe and elsewhere, and a variety of his personal discoveries along his life path.

Mary Lofreddo is an actor, singer, and dancer with multiple stage appearances across Minnesota and North Texas.

Northfield Hospital + Clinics' new CEO, Zander Abbott gives an overview of NH+C's priorities in the current healthcare climate, its connections to Northfield, and how NH+C nurtures the health of our communities.

Robb Campbell will discuss a historian's view of our times, and how that relates to Rotary.

Two of the most active business groups in Northfield are joining together for an evening gathering.  The Northfield Rotary Club and Engage Print are hosting the June Chamber of Commerce's Business After Hours on Tuesday, June 24 from 4:30pm to 6:00pm.  Meet and mingle the Northfield business community.

Jan Stevens is on the board of the Vintage Band Festival, which is celebrating 20th aniversary!  On Aug 2nd, bands will fill beautiful, historic Northfield with electic brass music. The festive, friendly atmosphere is great for the whole family.  

The Vintage Band Festival also hosts a popular Tuba Christmas in Northfield Park which is also free to the audience.

Jan will share the story of this free music event and how it is securing its future and moving forward with Northfield Shares. 

This week we "pass the gavel" and install our new president, Ann Lemming.  Ann Richards will summarize her goals and accomplishments as president during this past year, and Ann Lemming will outline her goals for the upcoming year. 

The Committee invites you to come and get excited about this year's Taste of Summer Fest.  You'll hear a brief history of the Taste of Summer Fest, an overview of the event and details about the areas you signed up for. The Taste of Summer Fest starts shortly after the meeting and we want everyone to be well prepared. Fun is the name of the game! 

Get an inside look at the past year in Northfield Police Department activities. Chief Schroepfer will share updates on last years call, crimes, public safety trends, and some highlights. It’s a chance to hear directly from the Chief, ask questions, and see how we’re working to keep our community safe, connected, and informed.  Chief Jeff Schroepfer has been the chief since September of 2024.  Chief Schroepfer has been in law enforcement since 1998.

Nancy Just from the Age-Friendly Northfield Transportation Committee will provide a brief primer on Age-Friendly Northfield and how it came to focus on transportation.  You'll learn about Age-Friendly Northfield's focus on creating a stronger LYFT presence in Northfield and how Rotary members can enlist to become LYFT drivers.  Nancy will also talk about the upcoming Transportation Fair that will be held at FiftyNorth in August. 

John Thwing, better known as "The SBA Guy", will give his classification talk, including a little business, music, love and more about his new life in Northfield.

Retirement is no time to abandon intellectual curiosity. Cannon Valley Elder Collegium (CVEC) offers high quality learning experiences for learners
aged 50+, and has done so for nearly 30 years. The joy of lifelong learning is alive in CVEC.

The LIFT Program, the District 5960 leading effort to reduce extreme poverty in Central America, has had a number of recent successes.  This presentation will outline those successes and outline an exciting and impactful future for the program.
