Country Fair — Inbound students promote the Youth Exchange Program at Outbound Interview Session. Students are to wear national costume of Rotary blazer, and be prepared to promote their home country. (No overnight.)
January or February 2010
Inbound Orientation Session (1/2 day) for all January arrivals and all of their host parents and host club exchange officers. Exact date, time and location to be determined.
February 20–21, 2010
Inbound students assist with Outbound Orientation session at Roseville Area Middle School; preliminary preparation for District Conferences; overnight in Northfield ~ “Brazilian Adventure!”
April 8–10, 2010
District 5960 Conference All District 5960 inbounds participate Attendance of students hosted in District 5960 is required.
