The Rotary Club of Northfield

Below is the information needed to fill out the application for an exchange year abroad for the year 2011-12. For more information please email Vicki Dilley.  Applications to be submitted to Vicki Dilley no later than October 21, 2010.   The first interview will be around October 28 in Northfield and the second interview will be in Roseville on December 4, 2010.

Please fill out the forms above. Please type in all information except for original signatures.  Give Vicki Dilley one original and four good, clear copies (five total) of your application forms.  You can paste your photos to the original and then make color copies of the pages instead of having original photos on each copy.  Remember to keep one for your records too.  This is a “savable” pdf.  Please email Vicki your completed form for her files.
