Application Process
Below is the information needed to fill out the application for an exchange year abroad for the year 2010-11. For more information please email Vicki Dilley.
To apply, fill out these forms and follow the instructions below:

- Medical History and Examination Form
- Dental Health and Examination Form

Please fill out the forms above. You can type your information into these forms or fill them out by hand. Either way, make sure you print them out and send them to Rotary. Give Vicki Dilley one original and four good, clear copies (five total) of your application forms.
Below is information to fill out information about the Club and District when filling out the Rotary Youth Exchange application. After your application is submitted you will be notified about your interview with the Northfield Club and after that you will be notified about your interview date with the District. On December 22 you will be told, hopefully, where you will be going as an exchange student!
