“The mission of The Rotary Foundation is to enable Rotarians to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health, the support of education, and the alleviation of poverty.” [from rotary.org]

The Rotary Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation funded by gifts from Rotarians and friends. Its programs include PolioPlus, humanitarian grants, and educational programs such as Ambassadorial Scholarships and Group Study Exchange. The Rotary Club of Northfield has actively supported and participated in Foundation activities.
