The Jeff Amerman Pavilion at Spring Creek Park

Summary of the project

The Jeff Amerman Pavilion would be a new shelter at the Spring Creek Soccer Complex, south of Jefferson Parkway. It would be a safe place for gathering under sudden lightning or other severe weather conditions and a family-friendly environment for gatherings.

It is named in honor of Jeff Amerman, former architect, volunteer coach & avid soccer player who was instrumental in the design & construction of the Spring Creek Soccer Complex. Amerman died unexpectedly in February, 2005 at the age of 48.

The estimated cost of the pavilion is $140,000. As of late December, 2005, approximately $56,000 has been raised.
