Toughen up those turkey legs and get ready to strut your stuff on Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 27.
The Northfield Rotary Club’s eighth annual Turkey Day 5K Fun Run/Walk will begin at 9 a.m. at the Northfield Golf Club. The cost to participate is $12 until November 20, and $15 the day of the race. On-site registration begins at 8 a.m. The first 250 registrants will receive a long sleeve commemorative t-shirt. A downloadable registration form is available here – turkeyrun2008.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Rotary International’s Polio Plus, a program for which we can all be thankful.
